Twist-off
The caps are produced from electrolytic tinplate. From the very beginning we were able to establish a stable cooperation with the biggest European producer of the raw material believing that the quality is the most important aspect in the creation of an easily recognizable high-quality product as a response to our competitors. To step on the twist-off caps market, both locally and internationally, we focused on the uniqueness of our product, its irresistible design and the best possible technical characteristics.
Alians –DN Ltd. offers a wide range of lithography printed and one-colour metal caps which are produced in 8 sizes (Ø53, Ø58, Ø63, Ø66, Ø77, Ø82, Ø100 and Ø110) and 4 different types: RTS - regular twist step; RSB - regular step button; RTO - regular twist off; RTB - regular twist button.
Depending on their inner coating and the type of the lining, the caps are suitable for both cold and hot canning of any type of products - fatty/non-fatty food as well as food high in protein. Their thermal resistance is up to 105°С/60 min for pasteurization and up 121°С/60 min for sterilization. The caps which we produce are in compliance with all the requirements for products intended to come into contact with food.
